Bartender
Previous experience of working in the hospitality industry as bartender is essential for this role.
As a bartender you will work 35 - 48 hours per week on a flexible rota, where some days are split shift and weekends will be required (including Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights).
The candidate must have:
- at least 2 year of experience as a bartender
- Excellent customer service skills
- High standards of personal hygiene.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- An awareness of health and safety issues.
- Good numeracy skills for dealing with bills and payments.
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and winning smile!
- Immaculate personal grooming and presentation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge dealing with complaints
- Superior beverage knowledge.
- A positive, punctual and professional approach.
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Be capable of doing the weekly beer line cleaning
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean
